1. Go to the ESS Website and click Apply
2. Click the Job Seeker box and then click Get Started
3. Type in Sumter and then click the Apply Now box
4. Select the position you would like to apply for and then click the Apply box
5. Enter your e-mail address and then click the Apply box
6. Click Start to begin the application process
